About Us
God Culture is a Christian community gathering that started in January 2026.
Vogue Phelps, the forerunner of this ministry, grew up in the UK. She has been a part of ministry her whole life, and knew this was something she'd want to do when the time is right.
Fast forward to 2024, Vogue moved to Cape Town, met Pietie Oosthuizen, and the time was right to start this ministry.
God Culture's heart is to see people turn back to Jesus. It's all about the simple gospel and how powerful and uncomplicated the truth about Jesus Christ actually is.
