Sometimes we say “God is the breath in our lungs”, but do we actually realise what that means?

Just like a butterfly needs to breathe before it can fly, we were never meant to live without Him. His breath is what gives us life.

If you’re feeling tired or overwhelmed, maybe you’re just trying to do it without Him.

In this message I share something God placed on my heart about just keeping on going. One step at a time. One day at a time. The Bible tells us that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that we can cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Whatever season you are in right now, be encouraged. God is with you. He sees you, He sustains you, and He will carry you through. Don't stop in your tracks, don't start running, simply keep stepping forward with God.

This week was a tough one. I felt overwhelmed and under pressure, even knowing God has something good ahead.

But I was reminded that when we stop sitting in the heaviness and choose peace where God has us, everything starts to shift.
